A challenging 1000km road adventure on quiet roads with amazing views through the most beautiful regions of the Netherlands and Western Germany.

May 30 - June 4 2025

Starting on the 30th of May at 06:00, you will have 132 hours to finish the route (deadline is on June 4th at 18:00). This means that you’ll need to do at least 182km per day to make the deadline.

Your first event?

The ASA Epic is a great event to start trying ultra endurance race/adventures. The deadline is not as strict as with most races, you’ll travel through areas with a lot of train stations (in case you want to go home) and the distance and climbing are also not as tough compared to most other events. However, don’t underestimate it ;). Here I have added some information sources that you can use if you’re participating in such an event for the first time.

About Me

I am Wessel. I am not a pro endurance cyclist, but a true enthusiast. After having cycled the Race Around the Netherlands in 2022 and the Mittelgebirge Classique and Hardennes in 2023 I really wanted to organize an adventure of my own. Knowing the Sauerland quite well, I wanted to organize this adventure from the Dutch plains to the Sauerland Peaks.
